With interchangeable weather and possibly the last glimpses of the summer, the children have had a wonderful week at lunchtime. Mr Nay has provided an array of activities such as, cricket, hockey and a football refereeing course. Mrs Carr has continued to offer netball coaching sessions with both the boys and girls during junior lunch.
Across both infants and juniors, children have role played selling ice cream at a parlor of which I was fortunate enough to sample a double chocolate chip ice cream with squirty cream, a flake and sprinkles! I must say, it certainly had my taste buds going! Some of the infants had an instant growth spurt whilst playing with the stilts. All in all, a wonderful time was had by all!
Star Table of the Week: This week goes to Year 2 and Year 5. Congratulations and thank you children for a terrific start to the new school year.
Role Model of the Week: Stanley, Year 2 and Jacob Year 3. Well done and thank you for a super week.
Jaqui’s Marvelous Manners: Once again the ladies in the kitchen have been blown away with the kindness and politeness of all the children. Well done to Michael Year 1 and Mary Anne Year 6.
Have a lovely weekend.
