What a beautiful way to end our half term together. Father Peter came in today to formally bless our altar that has been handcrafted for us to use in school. It is a special place of prayer and one that will be used for just that. Over summer I am going to think carefully about the logistics of the school hall and where things go to ensure that this has pride of place; at the heart of the school.
Last Saturday our second group of children made their First Holy Communion - the church was packed! The children looked so very special for their moment to receive Jesus in bread for the first time. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and to the staff team who supported the children on their journey.

Borwick Hall…
What a week our Year 6 have had on residential at Borwick Hall. From tree climbing, to canoeing, to kayaking, to climbing and caving - they had the best few days and there was smiles all round!
Our Lady HAS Got Talent
We did not quite know what to expect last night, but it was pure magic. We have such a talented group of children and to see them shine and sing so confidently last night; it was just pure joy. The bravery and courage of all children was so heart warming. Thank you to everyone who attended, who smiled, who clapped and laughed and cheered. We definitely need to do more and to host an infant one too! The event raised £500 for our school environment - well done to you all!

It has been lovely to see the new PE tops in action this week - they look incredibly smart!
There has been lots of lost uniform lately, many items that have not been named. Please can you ensure all of your children’s items are labelled and check that your child does not have anyone elses.
PARKING - we have had complaints regarding the parking around school. Cars are parking on the corners and on yellow lines. Please can this be addressed as soon as possible please.
