Creativity has been flowing in abundance this week, outside on the playground. Through that creativity, discoveries have been made, problems solved and new skills learned. Kings and Queens have been parading, vets tending to poorly pets and the conga has wormed its way around.
The Year 6 children have started providing lunchtime clubs for some of the younger keystage 2 children.
We have sports, a reading club, computer and chess clubs running this half term. Thank you, Year 6 the children are loving them! You are doing a stirling job!
In the kitchen, Jacqui and the team in conjunction with Lancashire County Council, are celebrating Lancashire Day. Please do join the celebrations by booking a meal for your child, you can pay via your parentpay. Our fresh produce is locally sourced, and this would be a wonderful way to support our community. Please do have a look at what delicious meals the team will be preparing. With the weather turning colder, this is the ideal time to give them a try!
