“Almost all creativity involves purposeful play.” – Abraham Maslow

Creativity has been in abundance throughout the playground, this week. Laughter has rung out, smiles have been upon happy faces and the return of rosy cheeks from the crisp Autumn air. Wizards on broomsticks, unicorns galloping, vets tending to the injured. Hoola hoopers spinning, basketballers scoring and footballers fine tuning their skills.

Mr Nay and Mr Murray have run lunchtime sessions for the juniors, which always proves to be a popular past time at the lunch time break. For the infants, there is never a dull moment, as their imaginations run wild and where the impossible becomes possible.

Throughout every day, the children inspire us with their compassion, love, kindness and understanding. Their ability to problem solve, create and include all of those around them
