Time flies when you are having fun! We have had a wonderful term exploring tone and texture with the help of some lovely chocol;ates and sweets! Starting from observational drawings of some delicious Heroes, we have continued our journey by exploring proportion and composition.We have been thinking about how we use light and dark tones, alongside mark making to create 3D realistic artwork. Through using collage as an aid to help develoop our skills on presenting on the space given, we have the used this knowledge to guide us in our final piece.

Next half Term, we are moving on to DT, where we will be exploring, designing and making a helmet. We will be getting a little mucky as we will be using papier mache, please can you ensure your child has their art shirt in school, thank you.
