This Friday 13th July we are going to Pizza Express

Please put sun cream on your child in the morning and arrive at school at 8:45 we will be walking to the train station and leaving school at 9:05/9:10. The children will have a toilet check and check bags before leaving school

Overview of the trip:

As part of our transport topic, we will get the train into Lytham and walk to Pizza Express to arrive at Italy to learn a bit about the country and make our own Margarita pizza. Pizza Express are aware of any allergies the children have. We will then walk to Lowther where we will eat our pizza’s for lunch (if your child does not like pizza, please provide a packed lunch in a disposable bag so we can throw it away after they have eaten it).

We will complete an activity, play on the park and finish our trip with an ice-cream before heading back to school on the bus. If you have any questions please send me an email. We will provide a morning snack for the children.

Kit list:

· School PE kit

· Comfy shoes/trainers (can be any colour)

· Rain jacket/light coat

· Small empty rucksack (No reading folders needed, the children will be wearing these bags so the lighter they are the easier they will be to carry)

· Water bottle

· Sun hat
