‘He is risen’
Matthew 28:6
Every morning this week we have watched the Holy week assemblies, they have been beautiful, after each assembly we have reflected on the events of the Easter story. Sharing our thoughts and feelings. Easter Sunday is the greatest day in the Church’s calendar, because of Jesus’s resurrection, we can live with hope, knowing that God’s love is stronger than anything.
Conversation starter:
Each week we will give you a question that we would like you to think about and discuss together at home. This could be over dinner time as a family, at bedtime, on a walk or even in the car. However you choose to discuss this question is up to you, but the idea is that it will help to give an insight in to what we talk about in school, help children to understand more about themselves or others.
How will you brighten up someone else’s Easter with acts of Kindness?
What adventures have we been on this week?
We have looked at repeating patterns but on swirls and wavy lines, using lots of different resources, we have loved practicing in our learning landscape.
What a busy week, Easter egg hunts chicks and some super Gingerbread man instruction writing
We joined our Year 6 buddies to look at the stations of the cross together, and share a story. We always love meeting up with our buddies we had a lovely afternoon.
Let’s Celebrate:

We kindly ask that velcro trainers (white, black or navy) are worn as this allows the children to be indepoendent when taking their shoes off and putting them back on. Polite reminder that for health and safety reasons, no jewellery is to be worn on PE days. We kindly ask that this is removed at home before coming into school.if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me at:
