The children above led a really lovely worship on Tuesday all about Creation. We found ourselves in a very profound conversation about why God created the world and what our role in it is. One child asked what the meaning of life actually is! We talked about being made in the image of God and as we were thanking God for different elements of creation, another child thanked God for being the meaning of life. It was a very beautiful moment! They are a very reflective group of children.
We have done our fourth Kidsafe lesson this week, where children learned a set of rules to keep their bodies safe. Please read the letter below - children may wish to talk about this.
Other magical moments this week: Children played their ukuleles to a drum beat this week - it is sounding more tuneful. We have done some super french work on description and got to grips with thousands numbers in maths.
Conversation starters:
Kidsafe:
What are the rules for keeping your body safe? What are the rules about secrets?
English
What has happened in the story so far? Who do you think is the kindest character?

PE Stars: Matilda and Leo T for completing quality rolling movements
French stars: Benjamin T and Heidi for super french translation
Music stars: Emilia and Henry - excellent effort in ukulele.
