Next week we will be starting our local history unit of work on Blackpool, but what do you know about the history of Blackpool? How did it become the seaside resort that it is today? How did the iconic landmarks get built and when did they get built?

I have set you a To Do on Purple Mash for you to record your findings. Don’t forget to use images to support your research. Think about the detail needed and how you will present your work.

This website will get you started on your research.

Have you finished all of your Purple Mash and IXL strands from this week? Make sure that you are up to date and ready to start learning for next week.
