Children have always learned and created places for themselves through play.” ~ Donna R. Barnes

My goodness, I can not believe we are at not only the end of the half term, but half way through the school year! It has been an absolute pleasure watching your children grow. Through creative play, they have grown in resilience, understanding and love for one another.

Year 5, have spent time planning and creating their own mini productions of “Frozen,” “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” “ Little Acts of Kindness” and acting them out.

Year 6, have continued to serve by delivering lunchtime clubs for other members of the school. The list is endless to the wide opportunities they have created for their peers. Sports, Lego and colouring are but to name but a few. The office monitors have supported the office staff by covering them whilst they have a well earned break. Thank you Year 6 for being wonderful role models to those around you.

The Lower juniors, have inspired us with their creativity to come up with the most imaginative and creative games for all to join. It has been so humbling to watch the infants grow, over coming hurdles and problems solving with one another, continuing to develop those all important skills, grow relationships and have fun!

Congratulations to Year 3 for winning Class of the Half Term, You have been wonderful!

We hope you have a wonderful, restful half term break.

God Bless
