HANDWRITING AND SPELLING
Revisting the read words January, Monday and Tuesday. I have also included a new trick read word - DIFFERENT. This is a word we have to be able to accurately spell before we get to Year 3. We use it as an adjective but we also have to write it as an adverb. An adverb is a word that describes “how , when or where” something happens.
OPTIONAL HOMEWORK
As we enter this new term we engage with new topics. This term has a theme of birds and flight. You will notice that most of the extra tasks extend this learning - enjoy!
