This week...

Worship

This week we have concluded our branch ‘To the Ends of the Earth’. Our key words this week were celebrate, God’s children and family.

We looked at the early Christian community and the ‘Good news of Jesus’. Fellowship means being good friends and helping each other. We spoke about all the ways we are kind and help each other in Nursery.

As the first Christian community was being formed, many miracles and wonders were being done through the apostles, and everyone was filled with awe.  All the believers continued together in close fellowship and shared their belongings with one another.

They would sell their property and possessions, and distribute the money among all, according to what each one needed.

Day after day they met as a group in the Temple, and they had their meals together in their homes, eating with glad and humble hearts, praising God, and enjoying the good will of all the people.  And every day the Lord added to their group those who were being saved.

We watched this video to help us to understand: Click here.

We continued our Worship by watching this video about what a church looks like. Click here. . After this we went to our chapel in school to see if we could spot anything similar. We discussed going to church with our families and what we saw/did while we were there.
