The penultimate week! I will miss this class so much - there is something very special about them! They have grown up so much. Mrs Harrison was very impressed with them on their transition day on Tuesday.
We have had another exciting week. This week in our worship we reflected on the gospel which was all about listening to God in the silence of your heart - told through the parable of the Sower.
This we have launched into our last maths topic of the year - money. Children are beginning to discover about decimals in this unit and will continue this journey in year 5. We are on our last English topic - Cats Poetry by T.S Eliot. The children are loving the performance element of this and working in teams to create them.
On Thursday, we had our trip to consolidate our Geographical understanding of rivers by actually getting in one! Children wowed the staff there with their excellent understanding of this topic. They could correctly identify which part of the river it was from their understanding. What a magical end of year trip it was!
