On Tuesday 4th November, at Heyhouses Primary School, we will be taking a team of Year 4 children to play in a school football match. This will be the first week back after half term.
This will be a mini tri fixture tournament with ourselves, Heyhouses and St Thomas’
These teams will be mixed and depending on numbers, we may take two teams who would both play one game each.
If you are interested in playing, please sign the form below and attend our training session this coming Monday 20th October. The training session will begin at 8am before school so children will need to come to school in their football kit and bring their unifrom in a spare bag. They will need to wear a football kit (any football kit or sports wear appropriate for the session), shin pads and boots.
