This week, in class we had a lovely worship where we prayed the Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary. Children enjoyed learning how to do this and it was a lovely experience.
We also had a beautiful worship about the Garden of Eden, led by the children below. It was very powerful and well organised. Well done!
This week, we started our ‘My Happy Mind’ programme where children learned about three different parts of their brain. They learned that their brain has neuroplasticity which means that it can grow and change with challenge!
In our RE lessons, we learned about Abraham’s challenges and how his faith helped him to feel blessed by God.
Other magical moments this week: We have launched into understaning numbers up to 9,999 in maths! Children have made so much progress in their writing this week - we have been writing explanation texts each day about how different seeds disperse. We have also been describing a person’s personality traits in French. Today, we collected for Mary’s Meals. THatnk you so much for your kind donations which will help us realise our dream of providing a warm meal to a whole school in Malawi for a year! We learned a bit about this country this afternoon.
