Hello Year 3. We hope that you are all feeling okay and are ready for another super duper day of learning. It was so lovely to see all your smiling faces yesterday morning, well done on sorting all your technology out to make it work.

Make sure that your brain is wide awake and really try hard to concentrate and listen to today’s lessons. Be those focused Cooper Crabs! Today you are going to build your photography skills into making an animation. (Scroll down for some fantastic inspiration from some of the children who are now in Year 4, their animations were so impressive last year!)

There are options below to choose from depending on the device your child is using, you need to choose the option which suits you best please. The outcome is the same for them all.

Choose the lesson using Stop Motion if your child is using an ipad or smart phone either the PDF or Powerpoint version.

Finally read about the joys and challenges of following Jesus below. Write a prayer to Jesus, explaining to Him when you find it challenging to follow Him and when it brings you joy to follow Him.

Good morning children. It’s Wonderful Wednesday again today. How many different ways can you be wonderful today? Think about how you can show others how wonderful you are today. (Maybe you could write a list of all of the wonderful things you have done today and all of the ways that you have shown how wonderful you are. At the end of the day don’t forget to say “Thank you” to God for all of these things.)

The Butterfly Lion Chapter two.

Task 1 - collecting new vocabulary and knowing its meaning

Task 2: Answering questions by inferring meaning. This can be completed in written or typed form. A purple mash document is provided for both.
