With only one week left of our Year 1 journey, the children continue to work hard using their wonderful resilient mindsets. Watching 29 Sadie Spiders in our classroom has been a real joy, especially when we have been learning how to tell the time in maths…

The time is flying by - I can’t quite believe we are nearly at the end of our final term together in Year 1! When I reflect upon the children’s learning over the course of this year, it fills my heart with so much joy to see just how much each and every one of them have grown.

We have been very busy Bobby Bees this week in Year 1! Our maths lessons have been full of energy, as the children have been using their reasoning skills to tackle a range of problem solving questions. They have all enjoyed challenging their brains to expand their understanding of numbers to 100.
